Bio-burden Reduction Cartridge filters Hydrophobic PTFE membrane

SPBRMF PTFE filter cartridges are highly retentive hydrophobic PTFE membrane filters with polypropylene components that have been specially designed for critical liquid and gas sterilization applications.
The PTFE membrane provides excellent chemical compatibility and superior flow per unit area for steam-in-place and hot gas applications.  All filter cartridges are 100% integrity tested to ensure filter performance each and every time out of the package. PTFE filter cartridges are well-suited for critical applications where superior flow and particle or microorganism removal efficiency is required.

Typical Application:
Fementer
Formulation Tank air feed
RO and WFI storage tank
Fermentation air feed
Container purge air
Aspetic packaging air

Benefits
100% integrity tested
FDA food contact compliant
Thermal bonding
 Non-fiber releasing

Sanitization/Sterilization:
The filters can also sanitized by hot water or common chemicals that are compatible with filter components.
In-line Steam 135℃ (275°F), 30 min, 200 cycles.
